Team Performance Diagnosis
For our Team Performance Diagnosis we start with a ‘doctor’s consultation’ with every team member. We inquire about satisfaction and discontent at work to expose the underlying dynamics. We map these out before getting to work with the team.
Our diagnosis gives an excellent image of how the unconscious dynamics interrelate within the team, how people really think about the team and the organization, and what they would need to improve performance and productivity.
